The agency world taught me a lot. It also showed me how small businesses get a bad deal. Generic strategies. Account managers stretched across too many clients. Reports full of numbers that do not mean anything. Retainers priced out of reach for the businesses that need help most.
I started Braun Marketing because every business deserves the same quality of strategic thinking, regardless of budget.
What I believe about marketing
· Every dollar should have a job. If you can't explain what a marketing spend is supposed to do, it shouldn't be spent.
· Clarity beats complexity. The best strategy is one you actually understand and can act on.
· Results take time and that's okay. Good marketing compounds over 4–6 months. It's not set-and-forget, but it's also not something you should be reinventing every 30 days.
· Small businesses deserve better. You shouldn't need a massive budget to get strategic, honest marketing support.
